Departure Times and Information:
Please Note: Different schedules have different stops in the Houston area from Austin to Houston.
From Austin to Houston: 4 departures on Thurs. and 4 departures on Fri.
From Houston to Austin: 7 departures 7 days a week
Predominantly express routes available.
Passengers can be left off at other stops along the way between Houston and Austin, however the fare will still be $10 one-way, and $20 roundtrip.

Where to Buy Tickets:
Buy your ticket (one-way or roundtrip) anytime at Resurrected Games in Dobie Mall. Resurrected Games is located in Suite 252 Upper level/Dobie Mall (on the northwest side, opposite the food court) 2025 Guadalupe Street, Austin TX 78705. Resurrected Games Hours: 11:00am to 7:30pm Monday-Friday and Noon to 7:00pm on Saturday & Sunday. Direct phone number to Resurrected Games is (512) 505-0133.

When Service Starts and Ends:
Dobie Mall Service will be provided every Thursday and Friday starting with the beginning of the spring semester, continuing through the summer sessions, and through the fall semester. The exception is during Thanksgiving week when service is on Tuesday and Wednesday instead of Thursday and Friday. There is no (pick-up) Dobie Service during the break between the fall and spring semesters. During the semester break, passengers returning to Austin who bought their tickets at Dobie Mall (or have an on-line ticket book coupon) will continue to be dropped off at Dobie Mall.

Additional Dobie service is sometimes provided during and immediately after finals. Check Service Dates » for details.

NOTE THAT ONE CAN RETURN FROM HOUSTON TO AUSTIN ON ANY SCHEDULE, 7 DAYS A WEEK, 365 DAYS A YEAR.

Ticket Refunds:
Students can get a refund for one half of a ticket but only if none of that portion of the ticket has been used. Unused tickets can be refunded within one year of purchase. In order to obtain a refund, you must submit a refund form available at Resurrected Games to: Kerrville Bus Company, Attn: Refunds,1430 East Houston Street, San Antonio, TX 78202. A 20% Handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount. If you don't have a refund form you may also mail in the unused ticket or portion of the original yellow (not your green identification check) ticket along with an explanation of the reason why the ticket was not used, to the address above.

Ticket Fare Information:
Special student discount fares are available ONLY at Resurrected Games.
VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DISCOVER ACCEPTED AT RESURRECTED GAMES.

STUDENT DISCOUNT FARE INFORMATION:
College student ID required at the time of (ticket) purchase. Any current college student ID will be honored, not just University of Texas ID's. A college student ID is also required (to show the driver) at time of boarding. Note that college faculty members and employees of a college are not eligible for student discount fares and must purchase their tickets at the Greyhound terminal in Austin.
Companion Fares:
Each college student purchasing a ticket is allowed to purchase one companion ticket (at the same price), however, the companion must travel with the student on the same trip. The college student must show their student ID to the driver at time of boarding.

Where & When to Board Bus:
Be at Resurrected Games to buy your ticket at least 20 minutes before departure times. Bus boards on the northside (21st Street side) of Dobie Mall at the same bus stop used by the UT shuttle service. (West Campus route stops here) THE BUS DEPARTS PROMPTLY AT TIMES ON SCHEDULE.

Baggage Information:
2 bags allowed per person & one carry-on bag.-$15.00 extra charge for extra bags. No package express service available from Dobie Mall at this time.

Bicycles in Baggage Service:
Bicycles may be transported in baggage service when contained in wood, leather, canvas or other substantial carrying case and counts as 1 piece of baggage. Carrying case cannot exceed 8" x 32" x 60".

Passengers With Disabilities:
ADA accessible busses are available within 48 hours notice. Please call at 210-223-1267 to arrange for ADA assistance or lift buses.

Traveling Beyond Houston:
Once passengers get to Houston, you can make connections to all southeastern Texas destinations but you must buy tickets to other locations in Houston or at the Houston Greyhound terminal. For detailed fare & schedule information on destinations beyond Houston. Call 1-800-335-3722

Other ways to get from Austin to Houston on days other than Thursday & Friday:
Tickets purchased at Dobie Mall only valid on Kerrville Bus Lines. Students can get from campus to the Austin Greyhound terminal via Capital Metro. The Austin Greyhound terminal is located near Highland Mall at 916 E. Koenig Lane (Zip=78751) See the following link for possible routes; http://www.google.com/transit or check for information at www.capmetro.org. Currently, students with valid student ID's can ride the Capitol Metro buses for free. Note that Kerrville Bus Company is not responsible for schedule and fare changes at Capital Metro.
